Description
This beautiful Pinot Noir has cherry and other spicy berry fruits aroma. The fruits is from the best block of the winery, and of a single vineyard. Although light in colour, the wine demonstrates layers of flavours plus a touch of minerals and the complexity of the wine is obviously appealing. Good to enjoy now but potential is huge with ageing.
Good to pair with roast chicken, duck or pork. Ham and mushroom Risotto or salmon would be great partners too.
